Missed Classes
Refunds are not offered for missed individual sessions. When possible, we provide practice materials to help children stay engaged.
Cancellations by SketchLab
If SketchLab cancels or reschedules a session, families may choose a full refund, full credit, or a makeup class.

Photography & Media Consent Policy
We respect every child’s privacy. We never share images of children without explicit parental permission.

Photos or short videos may be taken during classes, workshops, or events to celebrate creativity and document our work.
Media is used only with written parental consent.
