You agree to use the Site responsibly and lawfully. You may not:

3. Registration & Payments

When registering:

  • Payment must be completed prior to participation

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We aim to support families with flexibility and understanding.

Before the Course Begins

Families may cancel at any time before the course start date and receive either a full refund or a full credit, as preferred.

After the Course Has Started

If a child must withdraw for any reason, we offer a partial refund or a course credit based on the number of remaining sessions.
Each situation is handled personally to ensure fairness.

Missed Classes

Refunds are not offered for missed individual sessions. When possible, we provide practice materials to help children stay engaged.

Cancellations by SketchLab

If SketchLab cancels or reschedules a session, families may choose a full refund, full credit, or a makeup class.

Our Commitment

We value kindness, clarity, and flexibility. Families are encouraged to contact us directly, and we will always do our best to find the right solution.

5. Parental Responsibility

Parents/guardians acknowledge that:

  • Children must be supervised during online classes

  • A safe environment must be provided for participation

  • Art materials (e.g., scissors, paints, tools) must be used under parental supervision

6. Limitation of Liability

SketchLab is not responsible for:

  • Technical issues on the user’s devices or internet

  • Damage to personal property during creative activities

  • Injuries resulting from unsupervised use of materials

Our programs are educational and creative, and do not replace therapeutic, psychological, or medical services.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Updates will be reflected in the “Last updated” date.

Photography & Media Consent Policy

We respect every child’s privacy. We never share images of children without explicit parental permission.

1. Consent Required

Photos or short videos may be taken during classes, workshops, or events to celebrate creativity and document our work.
Media is used only with written parental consent.

2. How Media May Be Used

With consent, media may appear on:

  • The SketchLab website

  • Social media

  • Promotional materials

  • Educational or creative resources

We do not publish children’s full names or personal details.

3. No Obligation

Families may choose not to grant media consent.
This will not affect program participation.

4. Withdrawal of Consent

Consent may be withdrawn at any time by contacting us.
We will stop using the media and remove it from future use whenever possible.

5. Respect & Safety

All media is handled with care and never used in a way that compromises a child’s privacy or dignity.

Disclaimer

SketchLab provides creative learning experiences for children and families. While we strive to maintain a safe, supportive environment, the following limitations apply:

1. Educational Purposes Only

Programs and materials are intended for educational and creative purposes only. They do not replace medical, therapeutic, or psychological advice.

2. Parental Supervision Required

For online sessions and at-home activities, parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their children and ensuring safe use of all materials.

3. Limitation of Liability

SketchLab is not liable for:

  • Injuries during unsupervised activities

  • Damage to personal items or property

  • Technical issues on the user’s end

Participation is at the parent/guardian’s discretion.

4. Accuracy of Information

We work hard to keep all content up-to-date, but cannot guarantee complete accuracy at all times.

5. Third-Party Links

Any external links or tools we share are provided for convenience. SketchLab is not responsible for external content or policies.

6. Program Adjustments

We may modify schedules, content, or materials when needed. Families will be notified whenever possible.
